Shall we call this Day Number Two
Since I finally posted today
What I wrote one day earlier
And just didn't bother
To getting around
To posting it when I should have
But how can you mind a posting
You've long sicne given up
On seeing I'm sure
Since I ain't posted here
In quiet months
As far as this site's gone
Can you even still care
Not if I promise
To start a posting streak
Because you've earned the right
To scoff at me
And any promises
That I might make
So I won't make any such promises
I'll simply just do it
Which is where the question
Is meant to be asked
Can you still care about my writing still
And drawings too
If I'm providing them
As regularly as I can
I guess we'll find out soon
Because as I earlier wrote
This is only the 2nd day
Of what I hope to be
More than this
Because I said I wouldn't promise
So let's just agree
What day this is
And see how many I can make it
As I have some faith
You'll find some care about my doing
At some future point
