Would you believe me if I told you
That I'm a flower
Of goodly power
And there will come a day
Where I'll be eaten
By a hard done woman
Who needs me yes
To gain some justice
That she can't have
Without the blessings
That consuming me
Will rightly confer to her”

“No I would but not
But I'm a simple lightgiving bot
Not but programmed for
Anything more
Than taking pictures
Of interesting things
That I see on the journeys
On which I go each and ever single day
For that is my function”

“Then you'll surely take
A good pic of me
Because I'm sure to be
The most interesting thing
That you see today
Or my name isn't Jauth
The ever reborn flower
Who's meant to give fair power
To all who've been done
A terrible wrong”

“And the next to receive this blessing
Is a woman yes
Which give me cause
To think you know
What's about to happen”

“No I don't
It's just that it's always a man
And then a woman
And a man again”
Jauth but said
As certain and sad
As any could be
When on the path
Of destiny yes
That was unrelenting
As I would surely find it
A little hard to bear
Before too long
Then again I am mortal
Unlike Jauth
And this had long but been his life
As any would measure time

“This is a lot for me to process
As I'm a simple bot
Not meant for things
That require complex computing
Like dealing with power giving flowers
Meant to serve justice
To the perpetrators of evil
In a never-ending cycle
Which would be a lot
For a human I'm sure”

“Perhaps you're right
But all the humans I've met
Haven't had a problem
Understanding this
And I don't why they would”
Jauth said to the simple lightgiving bot
Of the simplest thought
